Impact Partner Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with this partnership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Partnership Overview

Becoming an Impact Partner means you are committing to fund defined animal welfare outcomes through Remote Animal Assistance (RAA). Your partnership supports coordinated rescue and prevention programs delivered in remote Australian communities.

2. Funding Commitment

You agree to the contribution amount, frequency, or trigger-based structure selected at checkout.
Contributions may be structured as:

• Recurring payments (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), or
• Trigger-based contributions linked to agreed business activities

3. Use of Funds

All contributions are allocated to the outcome(s) selected, or to closely aligned animal welfare outcomes where operationally required. Funds are used to deliver practical, on-ground animal welfare programs.

4. Reporting & Communication

Impact Partners receive reporting aligned to their contribution level, which may include:

• Regular impact reports
• Shareable impact summaries
• Partner recognition and digital assets

Reporting timelines and inclusions may vary depending on partnership tier.

5. Branding & Recognition

By becoming an Impact Partner, you grant RAA permission to acknowledge your support through partner listings, impact reports, and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Use of RAA branding and partner badges must follow supplied brand guidelines and may not imply endorsement beyond the agreed partnership.

6. Customisation & Scope

Where partnerships involve customised outcomes, triggers or campaigns, final scope and deliverables will be confirmed in writing. Adjustments may be required based on community needs, operational logistics, or veterinary availability.

7. Payments & Cancellations

Frequency based recurring partnerships can be paused or cancelled within your online account at anytime, with no notice required. For Trigger-based partnerships (customer powered growth partners), we require one month's notice.
Payments already processed are non-refundable and will be directed to agreed animal welfare outcomes.

8. Tax Treatment

Donations are tax deductible where applicable under Australian law. GST treatment varies depending on partnership structure. Partners should seek independent financial advice where required.

9. No Guarantee of Specific Animal Outcomes

RAA funds coordinated programs designed to reduce animal suffering and strengthen prevention systems. While outcomes are measurable, individual animal cases and circumstances cannot be guaranteed.

10. Good Faith Partnership

Impact Partnerships are built on shared values, transparency and respect. RAA reserves the right to decline or discontinue partnerships that conflict with organisational values or legal obligations.
